FAQ

Jada Jay Entertainment

  • How old do I have to be to begin classes?
At minimum, you must be at least 6 years old, however if your child is under 6 years old and can read, they can participate in our classes. There is no maximum age limit.
  • What is your cancellation policy and what happens if I miss class?
No refunds will be given upon cancellation or if any absences transpire due to any circumstances. Only "class credit" will be given upon request, which can be used to take the same class at a later time or a different class of your choice. *All cancellation requests or missed class notices must be sent via email within 24 hours of the registered class time to the following email address jadajayent@gmail.com in order to receive class credit.*
  • What materials are required for each course, and will we be given that information before classes start?
Information about what will be covered in your course and a list of required materials will be sent out a week prior to your course beginning. Every class is different and requires different materials but for almost every class, a notebook, pencil and highlighter will be necessary.
  • Is there a particular order I have to take each course in?
No, however we strongly advise you register for each class in sequential order by course level because if you sign up for a course that's of a higher level, we will not go back to teach you information that is taught in lower-level classes.
  • How long do classes last?
Most class sessions will last about an hour and a half, some are only an hour in length, however at Jada Jay Entertainment we recognize that different students learn at different paces, and we strive to accommodate students by extending classes to the two-hour limit if we feel as though extra training is needed.
  • What setting will we need to be in for virtual classes?
During virtual classes you will need to be in a quiet environment because classes are interactive and if your background is loud, it can be very distracting when you are unmuted.
  • What is the best form of communication?
    Communicating via email!
